Our Workmanship Warranty
Halo Industrial provides a 1-year limited workmanship warranty on qualifying work performed directly by Halo Industrial, beginning from the date of substantial completion or as otherwise stated in your construction contract.
If an issue is determined to be the result of defective workmanship performed by our team or our subcontractors within the applicable warranty period, Halo Industrial will evaluate the issue and make qualifying corrections in accordance with the terms of your contract and warranty.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many materials and products installed during your project may also include separate warranties provided directly by the manufacturer. These may include:
- Windows and exterior doors
- Roofing materials
- Plumbing fixtures
- HVAC equipment
- Electrical equipment and fixtures
- Appliances
- Flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other finish materials
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the individual manufacturer’s terms, conditions, registration requirements, and exclusions.
What Is Not Covered
Our workmanship warranty generally does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, damage caused by misuse or neglect, owner modifications, work performed by others, severe weather or acts of nature, normal material movement or settling, or failures of products covered separately by a manufacturer.
Specific coverage and exclusions are governed by your individual construction agreement and applicable warranty documentation.
